hey, you might want to give nolvadex and or previeron a try. they work well for combating gyno. but if youve had it for a while, say more than 6 monthes, they might not do anything. if they dont work than the only thing you can do in the world is surgery. to make sure it stays away and never can come back, tell the docter to remove the gland under your nipple. i have done both of these things to combate my gyno, but i dont get it anymore cause i got the gland removed. hope i helped you!!

Unfortunately, you can work out all you want but the breast tissue will not go away. If anything, the development of the pectoral muscles will force the breast tissue further out and increase the size of them. Surgery is one answer to your problem, but there are hormone treatments that may help. go to. You can get complete information and help for your problem. Good luck.

Believe it or not, punching yourself lightly (yet firmly) in the breasts for about an hour every day can reduce the size of your breasts.
