If a man has gynecomastia and gets surgery for it, when will he be allowed to run on the treadmill again?

Christi asked:

My brother who is really skinny runs or walks on the treadmill a lot, and he has gynecomastia, and is worried that he won’t be able to go on the treadmill until a long time after surgery.
Does anyone know the time in-between where he can’t go running?

It’s probably like any other surgery. As soon as the patient makes a full recovery, they are good to go. I heard it takes about 6 weeks for a full recovery, so I would say 6 weeks at the most, but possibly sooner than that.

after about 3 weeks I was able to exercise, I did alot of research on which says all should be safe after a month.
