I had a mild case of gynecomastia and had surgery a little over a month ago. Everything looks great except the areola (the dark skin around the nipple) is still to big. My doctor said it will shrink to normal size, he said about the size of a nickle. Right now it’s larger than a quarter. My doctor said that after the surgery it would look like I never had gynecomastia. He didn’t say how long it would take to shrink so I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it take for the areola to shrink after gynecomastia surgery. thanks
